Key areas for development or change are identified through a process of assessment, discussion and interview.  This is a comprehensive process and can include audit activities, 360 degree appraisal and psychometric testing using our in-house team diagnostic kit.


A development plan is designed and implemented based upon our analysis.  This may involve increasing awareness of and capacity to deal with key issues through group exercises and individual coaching.


A comprehensive system of feedback and review is put in place.  DrummondHR are able to conduct and attend reviews of the development plan at set intervals to firmly embed the development outputs.
